ACH online rent payments are coming soon!

If you are interested in paying your rent automagically and online and not incur any postal delays or late rent fees, please let me know ASAP.

You would require a valid email address, a checking or saving account number and know the routing number of your banking institution ... routing number is 9 digits long usually preceding your account number on the bottom edge of your personal checks.

Payments via credit card will also be accepted however you will incur an additional 5% surcharge by doing so.
